How we select what we sell
I look for items that are unusual, recycled, sustainable, handmade, natural or otherwise eco-friendly. Seeking out small artists who not only produce beautiful quality pieces, but care about the enviornment also.
What makes us unique
98%-99% of the items are handmade and produced in the USA. I handpicked each artist, most of whom also run their businesses from their home.
Running my business from my home enables me to be able to recycle packaging materials from shipments received by me or family members. I take the time to recycle as much as possible from using reclaimed rinse water for watering my garden, food scraps for worm composting, junk mail, used containers etc.
My desire to share the wealth and support local economies has me donating 5% of my profits to local charities. Some of my artists also donate a portion of their profits as well. This way there are many profiting from just on sale from my boutique.
