Autumn, our founder and CEO, was brought to tears traveling around India and seeing all the feral dogs, skittish on the streets and full of mange. UNICEF and many other wonderful organizations are working to help the people, but she didn't see anyone working to help the four-legged creatures. She vowed right there to do something about it.
We are introducing TheraPooch not only to offer high-quality products with proven therapeutic properties, but also to make a difference. Five percent of the total sales (not just the profits) from TheraPoochTM will be directed to our spay and neuter program; half the funds supporting programs in rural US communities and the other half supporting a program in Satara, India where the American dollar has a huge impact. Please spread the word about all the beautiful, innocent furbabies sitting in the humane societies and shelters of the world. Do not support puppy mills, and for your next pet, consider adopting one in need. Even if you want a pure-bred dog, rescue is the way to go!
