Earth Day is here!
What are you doing for Earth Day?
This past weekend, I went to a cool event called the Green Apple music festivalin San Francisco's Golden Gate Park - it was also nationwide... which was a cool way to spend a Sunday afternoon... but seemed more about the music than learning about sustainability...
Berkeley, CA's Earth Day Festival was also packed with eco-friendly, green-aware, and responsible companies and businesses.
I know technically it's tomorrow, Tuesday April 22, but I was curious about how the community was planning to commemorate the Mother!
We will be working..... its called sustainability!!
And producing our eco-friendly, green-aware cosmetic/skin care products and workin as hard as we can being a responsible Fair Trade company.
For us that's cool..... and puts food on the table.

Well, today was no different. I took public transport to work, all the lights and appliances are off at home, and they will be till eve...so that much less electricity consumed. I think its a small but meaningful contribution which is simple to do.
Thanks Aparna, small contribution but VERY MEANINGFUL!!! Like you, our life is a bit different that the luxury of attending a music festival..... how nice that would be..... just in our dreams!!!!
