OVERVIEW
Founder's story
Our organization was founded from the volunteer experience of Peace Corps and VSO. Renice and I meet in Kenya in 2000 while on placements in Kisumu. One of our goals was to generate sustainable economic development. With backgrounds in computing we hit the Internet and launched Global Crafts, it soon became clear that we had stumbled upon our future.

Our mission is simple, at some level we want to help just a some of the people we share this planet with.

The types of products we sell
We sell a wide range of Fair Trade gift items from all over the world. They include Jewelry, Accessories, Home Decor and much more.
Where the producers live and work
We work with producers in around 20 countries from all over the world, including Africa, Aisa, South and Central America.
Projects we support
How we select what we sell
We look for quality and originality in our product selections. We are specifically interested in ecologically sound products and recycling.

Our Mission is to offer income-generating opportunities to craftspeople in developing countries by following fair trade practices. We carry a wide range of unique gifts from across the globe, many of which are recycled and environmentally conscious. Gifts With Humanity is a brand name of Global Crafts.
We will be participating in the World of Good marketplace in two ways; as a seller of our own goods and as a logistics support orgainization for artisans wishing to access the marketplace but who do not have the logistics capacity.
