Alternative Trade Network of Nigeria started in 1994 as the only member of IFAT in Nigeria. It started work amongts the poor an economically marginalised people in rural Nigeria with 25 members. Today, ATNN supports the business and economic development of 120 cooperatives and 3741 individuals.13 years down the raod, we are still the only fair trade organization in Nigeria working with and for the poor.
