Founder's story
EcoNecessity was born on Earth Day 2005 and has since been providing non-profits and conscious consumers with organic, high quality, and fashionable canvas bags. EcoNecessity is a women-owned business dedicated to conserving natural resources and saving our planet.

EcoNecessity’s mission is to help protect our environment by encouraging the use of natural, reusable bags.
Our philosophy
The types of products we sell
We sell a variety of stylish, organic, 100 percent cotton, canvas bags.
Where the producers live and work
EcoNecessity bags are made in a worker-owned cooperative in Pakistan.
Projects we support
EcoNecessity allocates 50% of its profits to the organization "Healing Our Hearts", an organization that helps families with autistic children.
