Founder's story
I have been designing clothes for many years. I am inspired by clothes from the past . I opened a Vintage clothes store in Missoula Montana. I was designing then and put in some original clothes. They sold I made more. Opened a difernet store sold only my original clothes. Started working in hemp became more enlighten enviromentally. I meet alot of interresting people who shared their knoweledge with me about how to live naturally. Now I sell in other peoples stores and online
Our mission
Our Mission is to Change how the world shops. I want people to stop buying clothes grown with chemicals or made of synthetic fibers. Create awareness about fire retardent on our clothes and carpets furniture etc.To get customers to think about what they are buying. Ask the hard questions. Where was it made? Were the workers paid well? what is it made of ?

Where the producers live and work
We produce most of the clothing in Deer Lodge Montana . We carry some t shirts hemp & organic cotton produced in China from another member of coop america and have asked about fair trade and sweatshop free conditions
Projects we support
We suport Helping Hands Thrift Shop INC. They help stop elder abuse , have a food bank and run the local farmers Market. Corperation of the northern Rockies . suports a green way of life,Wild West institute. Saving our forrest.Women only own 10% of the real estate in the US so I encourage other women to buy and I own alot of land.
How we select what we sell
We make hemp clothing.I have a trusted fabric supplier I have alot of controls since the manufacturing is done in my studio. No miniums to meet . Basically I make whatever I want and hope it sells. I'm inspired by every cool design I ever saw. We give the clothes pet nanes like , The Ren Shirt or the Twine skirt. however I do have a 500.00 minium on anything custom

I am Fashion Designer Anna Herman originally from Washington DC. Now I live in Montana hence the nickname Anna From Montana. A Degree in Fine arts and a background in industrial design. A Pilchuck artist. Designing clothes all my life. Married to Carl Herman for many years . Light drinker and non smoker. Born to design.
